OYSTERS KILPARTIK HOME STYLE
my kids love love these so i usualy do about 10 at a time
cut the bacon and fry it up fisrt till crisp …
grate up lots of cheese
using a muffin tray for balance place your opened oysters in and pour over worstishire sause over them cook the oysters under a grill for about 5 to 7 minutes
pull out of grill place bacon ontop and back in grill for 3 minutes
take out and cover with grated cheese melt under grill and serve with your meal .
we serve this as a side dish with a meal…

SAUSAGE MEAT ROLLS
500 grams of sausage mince
half red onoin
1/2 cup spinach
4 sheets ready made puff pastry
mix well
these are sausage pillows roll mix place another sheet of pasrty ontop cut and with a fork press the sides .
sausage swirls .. useing one pastry sheet spread mixture in thin layer over one whole pastry sheet and roll then cut
bake in over on 180 for 15 minutes or till golden brown

BEEF COBBLER STEW
this will feed a hungry family of 4
1 onion
2 carrots
3 potatos
2 celery sticks
2 beef stock cubes
sachet or 3 teaspoons tomato paste
beef steak
salt n pepper
chop all up
fry up the meat and onion first till brown then add the rest of the ingredience
add 1 litre of water to the pot mix in the stock and tomato paste simmer on low heat for 2 hours

fetta cheese
asparagus .. boil for 5 minutes
then layer like these and fold pasty into the centre

A MIX OF SALADS FOR SUMMER DAYS
carrot & snow pea salad … cut finley add balsamic vinigar and oil 
on really really hot summer days … who can be bothered cooking for her large family my kitchen is small and heats up fast … its 38 degrees out there … so tonights menu is a mix of many salads 
1. carot & snow pea salad
2. tabuli
3. prawn & lettuce
4. potato salad
5. prawn & lettuce
centre is .olives & artichokes

ASPARAGUS AND PROSCIUTTO
wash the asparagus
.soak asparagus in boiling water then microwave for 2 minutes
.wrap prosciutto around them and shallow fry till golden …

SIMPLE ……. TABULI
1cup burgal or cracked wheat …. soaked in hot water for 30 minutes 
1 cup mint
1 cup parsley
salad onions
tomatos
1 lemon
olive oil
mix alll together in a bowl with the drained cracked wheat …. drizzle over with half lemon and a covering of olive oil … chill in fridge .
this is great on its own … or in wraps, sandwiches,

STUFFED ONIONS ….
5 large onions peeled and boiled for 10 mintues sit to cool
mince beef
1 celery stick
salt pepper
oilive oil
baslamic vinigar
once you have boiled your onions for 10 minutes allow to cool then scoop out centre … try keep some of the centre bits intact there good for small kids lol… in a bowl mix in mince beef . thinly sliced celery salt pepper and left over onion from the centre …
then stuff the meat inside the onions in a deep oven dish 
pour over it a sprinkling of olive oil and about half a cup of balsamic vinager…place in over on med heat for about 1 hour … just before serving grate cheese ontop back in ven for 5 minutes and serve with lots of salad
here i made a salad of snow peas finley sliced .. carrot and lettuse with a hard boiled egg .. coat fine in olive oil

THE 2 INGREDIENT DESERT/RIPPLE CAKE
1 TUB OF CREAM whip till it forms thick peaks 9 YOU MAY ADD ICEING SUGAR TO CREAM if you wont it sweeter
1 pkt of your fav cookies … cho chip is nice too for this
sandwich each cookie together with the thickened cream
cover the whole lot in the cream …..place in fridge …. best to do and leave overnight ……. the cookies need to soften and soak up the cream
SPRINKLE WITH GRATED CHOCOLATE AND SLICE ON THE DIAGNAL …..
